2. Plus12% hotel tax will be applied

5. Rates are per night, based on double occupancy.
6. $10 Dollars per night charge for additional guests.
7. Maximum occupancy per room:

   • Double Rooms: 2-4 adults
   • Junior Suite: 2-4 adults

8. Check In Time:
   • 2:00 PM (14:00), earlier upon availability
9. Check out time:
   • 12 PM (12:00), exceptions upon request and availability
10. Cancellations and deposits:
    • Reservations will be confirmed once the deposit is received:
    • For 5 nights hotel reservations or more, the deposit must be 50% of total bill.
    • For 4 nights hotel reservations or less, payment must be in full prior to confirmation
    • 21 days in advance notice is required to refund deposit, minus 30% cancellation fee.
    • Less than 21 days in advance notice, there are no refunds.
